How does attendance check-in work?
CWMS supports biometric fingerprint scanning, geofenced mobile check-in, manual HOD override, and a self-check-in kiosk mode. All methods sync in real time to your attendance dashboard, and each record states which method captured it.
Can we export reports?
Yes. Attendance, performance and department reports export to PDF and Excel, including a quarterly pack you can hand to your leadership meeting unchanged.
Is there a mobile app for workers?
Workers use CWMS from their phone browser — it installs to the home screen and works offline, so a check-in made with no signal is kept on the phone and sent when the connection returns.
What happens after the 14-day trial?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically. Your parish stays on a read-only plan until you choose a tier, and your data export is always available.
Can I migrate from our existing system?
Yes. Import your workers from a CSV during setup, and our onboarding walks a Church Admin through departments, services and geofence configuration in one session.
